Bursaries from the Federal government make this program extremely popular with youth ages 16-25 from all over Canada. Usually a 5-week program in the summer, students stay on university and college campuses in a francophone region (may I recommend Quebec or New Brunswick?!). They may homestay or stay in residences, and attend morning classes and afternoon excursions. Evening activities are organized as well – dances, sing-alongs, movie nights, festivals, and more! I have only heard 5-star ratings from my students as well as from my amazing experience back in 1998 when I went to Chicoutimi. HIGHLY recommended!
